Smut with this character? Suuuuure, though given Zeb's personality I don't know if this will ever come up.
Fighting with this character? Yes, but he sucks at it.
Injuring this character? Fine for minor injuries, but please talk to me before going for anything more serious.
Killing this character? Probably not. Definitely talk to me first if you want to go down this route.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character? Yes.

Permissions for alteredstates:

Zeb's river power is Power Detection. To begin with this won't mean much and will only extend to knowing whether someone has a power, not the details of it. I'm hoping to gradually have him develop this until he can get a general sense of the kind of power a person has, and eventually where he can tell most or all of the details.

If for whatever reason Zeb would not be able to tell your character's power, or even if you just don't want him to know, please let me know here. Comments are screened just in case anyone prefers that. That said, I will be reading other player's permissions and asking a player before Zeb uses his power unless I already know it's okay.
